How do I request a quote?
Complete the short quote form or message us on WhatsApp. Include your postcode, service, property size and preferred date. Photos can be attached directly in the chat.
Do I have to call?
No. WhatsApp is our preferred enquiry method. You can also email cornwallpropertyprep@outlook.com.
Which areas do you cover?
All of Cornwall. Send your postcode and any parking or access details when enquiring.
Can I combine several services?
Yes. Request house, carpet and oven cleaning together if that is what your property needs. The services included will be discussed in your quote.
How soon can you come?
Send your preferred date or deadline. Availability needs to be checked and confirmed; submitting an enquiry does not reserve a slot.
Do I need to be at the property?
Discuss access when booking. Tell us if you need to arrange keys, a key safe or a contact who can open the property.
Should I send photos?
Yes. Wide views of rooms and close-ups of areas needing attention are useful. Avoid including people, valuables or sensitive documents in the pictures.
Are ovens and carpets included in every house clean?
They need to be requested and confirmed in the quote. This keeps the scope of your booking clear.
What if I need to change the appointment?
Message as soon as you know. Any applicable cancellation or rescheduling conditions should be confirmed at booking.
Can you remove every stain?
No cleaning service can guarantee removal of every mark. Damage, wear and permanent staining may remain. Share the history of the mark where you know it.
